Meet The Team

Andrew is the Managing Director of Royston Glass Ltd. Having worked in the glazing industry for over 20 years, and subsequently becoming a Senior Project Manager for Urban Splash (arguably the country's most design led urban regeneration company), Andrew has always had his finger on the innovative pulse. The driving force behind the Company's switch to Specialist Glass Processing, he is continually working on product development. Amongst his current projects are illuminated glass installations, and bespoke textured finishes for use as Splashbacks.

Janette is Co-director and Operations Manager of the company. With over 30 years in the private sector, she is only too aware of how crucial customer service delivery is within our organisation. "Because getting it right is such a big part of our ethos we value the feedback we get. And the best feedback of all is that we continue to meet, and indeed exceed, our customers' expectations".

Gary is in charge of our nationwide survey and installation service, booking the vast majority of our appointments. There's also not much that Gary does not know about our state of the art CNC Machine - he can pretty much make it sing! As our Technical Manager, Gary is the man that overseas all glass processing in our factory.

Our Factory Foreman, Andy, manages our overall production schedule and has a wealth of specialist glass processing knowledge. With over 20 years experience manufacturing bespoke kiln glass products, Andy is truly an integral string to Royston Glass' bow, helping to create our stunning Textured Glass design range.

Sara, working alongside Ben in the office, is the person you are most likely to speak to when you call Royston Glass. Always helpful, Sara works diligently to respond to customer inquiries.

Alongside Sara, Ben responds to customer inquiries and produces quotations. He also updates our online portfolio and social media accounts, keeping customers up to date with our latest installations.
