Royston Glass offers a full bespoke design service tailored to exactly what you the customer needs. Whether it is heritage, contemporary or your own personal design, large or small, Royston Glass can bring your project to life.

Where do we start?

We don’t bite. Our friendly team are here to help and advise. Please call us on 01226 700027 Mon – Fri 8:00 to 16:30 or send us an email via our Contact Us page making sure you provide your contact details and you’ll be surprised how simple we can make it.

We’ll give you a call to chat about your vision or give you some suggestions if you’re looking for inspiration. At this point we will advise you on what is achievable and provide you with an initial written quotation to inform your budgeting decisions. We appreciate that value for money is key and you can be assured on that we can deliver.

Site Survey

We will arrange for one of our surveyors to conduct your site survey, once your kitchen installation is completed (including worktops, extractor hoods and electrical sockets/switches being in their final positions). We will bring along colour samples and designs, as arranged, and talk through your project, manufacture lead times, consider access to the building and generally cover the details that will ensure your installation progresses smoothly.

Where surveys need to be cancelled or rescheduled, please give us at least 24 hours notice. Surveys cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a £175.00 aborted survey charge to cover costs. 

Project Sign Off

Following your site survey we will provide your final quotation. Generally this will not change from the initial version unless dimensions have been amended or site issues have been identified.

Once you have agreed your final quote we can place your glass into manufacture. At this point we will request a non-refundable 50% deposit which can be paid by cheque, debit or credit card.

The Manufacturing Process

Typically our in house manufacturing process takes between 10-15 working days. This may be longer for bespoke prints, finishes or over size installations.

Installation

Following manufacture and rigorous quality control checks we will contact you to arrange your installation. The balance on your project is payable prior to installation and should be made at the point we contact you to confirm your installation.

Where installations need to be cancelled or rescheduled, please give us at least 24 hours notice. Installations cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a £175.00 aborted installation charge to cover costs.
