The current situation means there are many questions to be asked. See the Frequently Asked questions below, which hopefully will provide some clarity on Royston Glass’ position. This page will be updated as the situation continues to evolve.
Q: Is Royston Glass open?
A: Our manufacturing and showroom facilities are closed until further notice. Currently, our office and customer service staff continue to work remotely and are happy to answer you queries. If this changes, we will update our website accordingly. Please contact the team by email (sales@roystonglass.co.uk) or by telephone on 01226700027. If you do need to speak to us please may we ask for your patience. Please make use of our answer service and we will call you back as soon as we can.
Q: Will Royston Glass honour existing orders?
A: Royston glass will honour all existing orders but in light of the closure the manufacture, delivery and installation of our products has temporarily ceased. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding at this time.
Q: I had a survey or installation appointment booked – is it cancelled?
A: All pre-scheduled surveys and installations have been cancelled. Royston Glass will contact you by close of business on Friday 27th March to discuss what this means for your order and agree on a way forward.
Q: Are Royston Glass still making deliveries?
A: Manufacture and delivery of our products has temporarily ceased. However, we will do our best to get any orders that are ready for dispatch out to you using our courier. Where this is not possible we will contact customers to arrange an alternative as soon as possible.
Q: When will Royston Glass re-open?
A: Royston Glass puts the safety of its staff and customers first. As such, we will only re-open when government advice permits. We will contact our customers to advise on our re-opening as soon as we are able.
